Dominican Film Festival Extended for Additional Week

MANHATTAN — The first ever Dominican Film Festival in New York (DFFNY) has been extended by popular demand, its executive director Armando Guareno announced.

The festival, which began on March 10, was supposed to end on Thursday night with director Felix Limardo's "Sol Caribe."

With the extension, the festival will stay on at the Coliseum Cinemas for an additional week, ending Thursday, March 24.

The extra week will include a selection of the previous week's most popular films.

Tickets can be purchased at the Coliseum box office located at 701 West 181st St. and Broadway.
