MANHATTAN — Paul McCartney will play Harlem's world famous Apollo Theater for the first time ever in December, according to news reports.

The former Beatle will headline an invitation-only concert for Sirius XM Radio subscribers on December 13, BBC News reported.

The radio service will also feature a channel dedicated to McCartney's work, according to the news website.

On Tuesday, McCartney, 68, celebrated The Beatles' back catalogue being added to Apple's iTunes, giving fans the only opportunity to legally download Beatles music for the first time ever, music magazine NME reported.
