MANHATTAN — Fear not fans, teen sensation Justin Bieber is set to rock Madison Square Garden Tuesday night, despite canceling an upstate appearance on Sunday because he felt sick.

The 16-year-old star's illness, which gave new meaning to "Bieber Fever," led him to cancel his show at the New York State Fair in Syracuse Sunday night, according to reports.

But just a day later the VMA-nominated pop idol announced he was ready to play the Garden as part of his "My World" tour.

"Ok the doctor said we aren't 100 percent but we are ready to ROcK!! Been cleared. MSG let's do this!!! Let's fill the streets of NYC!," Bieber tweeted on Monday to his nearly five million followers.

The sold-out show is set to begin at 7 p.m. and will also feature Sean Kingston and Jessica Jarrell.

Twitter was abuzz with fans looking forward to the event.

"OMG! OMG!!! TODAY!! MSG JUSTIN BIEBER!!! WOOHOO! I CNT WAIT 2 SEE HIM!," tweeted BieberFever4You, also apparently a fan of all caps, on Tuesday.
