MANHATTAN — A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in Harlem Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Dereck Nelson, 25, from 2140 Madison Avenue, was hit in the torso in front of 16 East 132nd Street at approximately 3 p.m., police said.
Emergency responders rushed Nelson to Harlem Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police said there are no suspects at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
