MANHATTAN — The neighbor from hell just moved to Hells Kitchen, or so claimed New York Magazine.

His new address was not disclosed.

"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan, who nearly burned down a previous building, began renting an apartment in the West 50s several weeks ago, according to the publication.

The former "SNL" comedian used to reside in Trump Place on Riverside Boulevard, before a faulty lamp on his shark tank caused the apartment to catch fire in February 2009, several newspapers reported following the incident.

Eighty firefighters spent nearly 30 minutes extinguishing the blaze, the Daily News said.

Amazingly, sharks are not on the city's list of illegal pets.
