NORTHERN MANHATTAN — The long weekend offered a variety of options for residents of Northern Manhattan.
Yankee fans in Harlem headed to the game on Friday, while Inwood residents enjoyed the holiday weekend in Inwood Hill Park.
On Sunday, New Yorkers in Northern Manhattan had two choices for fireworks in Manhattan: the Macy's fireworks on the Hudson River, or live on the streets of Washington Heights and Inwood, which police warned is illegal.
