MIDTOWN EAST — Supermodel Naomi Campbell's cell phone antics may have her in hot water again.

Campbell is wanted by the NYPD after allegedly assaulting her chauffeur with a cell phone in Midtown on Tuesday afternoon, police sources said.

Campbell allegedly hit the driver with her phone at roughly 3 p.m. at E. 58th Street and Second Avenue. The driver was taking her in a Black Escalade to Kaufman Astoria studios in Queens when the incident occurred.

The driver claims the model struck him in the back of the head and neck while he was driving, causing him to bang his head on the steering well, sources said.

The man said he pulled over to tell a traffic cop about the assault, who then relayed the information to the police. Campbell allegedly fled the scene before police arrived.

The driver was treated for a minor cut and swelling at a local precinct, sources said.

This isn't the first time the supermodel has misbehaved. In 2008, Campbell pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers at Heathrow Airport.

The year before, Campbell had to take anger management classes and perform community service after throwing a cell phone at her maid in Manhattan.
