MANHATTAN — Discount retailer Kohl's may be setting up shop on Manhattan's west side.
The chain has been scouting the first five floors of 1775 Broadway, located two blocks south of Columbus Circle, according to media reports.
Sources told Crain's New York Business the Wisconsin-based department store is also looking at a location in the Union Square area as well as 224 West 57th St.
The magazine reported Kohl's usually needs 80,000 to 110,000 square feet for its stores.
