New restaurants coming to the neighborhood are all looking to hire new people.

The annual job fair includes a day of workshops, as well as chances to meet employers.

To get an interview, applicants will need to finish a training workshop by Wednesday.

Hundreds attended a job fair at New Beginnings Church in Grand Crossing.

All job seekers are welcome, including ex-offenders, organizers of the Feb. 17 event said.

More than 40 employers will meet with prospective employees.

The two-day job fair for prospective employees will be held Thursday and Friday.

A final job fair is set for Monday, with hundreds of jobs left to fill before the April 8 opening.

The grocery chain has partnered with a local group to hire upward of 350 employees.

Mariano's is hiring for its new store on Lawrence Avenue, set to open in April.

The job fair takes place Monday and Tuesday on the Near West Side.
