The devices would not be able to be used indoors and their sale would be limited to adults.

The Lakeview-based e-cigarette shop opened a second location to capitalize on the influx of students.

"People have to come in and see what it's all about before passing judgment," owner Jared Yucht said.

"21 Century Smoking" specializes in e-cigarette retail and production.
