The man was found on the ground in the 2200 block of West 21st Street, police said.

The man was in the 3300 block of West Lexington when a man exited a Honda and fired shots, police said.

Felix Diaz, 29, was shot Monday afternoon and later died from his wounds, police said.

Eric Magana, of Calumet City, was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital, officials said.

Charlie R. Weathers, 24, was discovered in the 0-100 block of N. Laramie Ave., police said.

The shooting happened in the 6100 block of South Bishop Street, police said.

Police said responding officers used the wounded 15-year-old's belt as tourniquet to stop the bleeding.

The pair was driving in the 6700 block of South Bishop Street when they were shot, police said.

He refused to tell police what happened, but told his brother he was shot near Lawrence, police said.

The shooting occurred in the 2800 block of South Kostner Avenue, police said.

The man was at a stoplight when he was shot in the 1000 block of West Congress Pkwy., police said.
