Alexander Villafane, 39, of the 2300 block of South St. Louis Avenue, died in the hospital Tuesday.

Israel Pena, 20, of Rockford, was found unresponsive in an alley, police said.

Angelo Porter, 23, was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital at 9 p.m. Tuesday, the morgue said.

Dantis Porter was ordered held without bail for the murder of Johnny Kimble, 1.

Sunday evening, an 18-year-old man and 26-year-old woman were wounded in separate shootings.

Tyree D. Harris was fatally shot Friday night.

The shooting occurred in the 7900 block of South Vincennes, police said.

The man was found in his vehicle near North Kenton Avenue and West End Avenue, police said.

A 25-year-old was struck by a stray bullet from the attack, police said.

The shooting occurred in the 6600 block of South Oakley Ave., police said.

Heath Huntspon, 25, was shot by one of four men who knocked on his door early Wednesday, police said.

One man was shot in Washington Heights, and the other in Chatham.

A 23-year-old man was fatally shot.

Walter L. Wright, 17, was fatally shot Friday night.

The shooting occurred on the same block as James Shields Elementary School.
