It's at least the third new Taco Bell coming Downtown. 

The city's newest Taco Bell Cantina at 205 E. Ohio St. is still awaiting a liquor license. 

The Taco Bell Cantina coming to 205 E. Ohio St. is set to open by late August or early September. 

Taco Bell Cantina has applied for a liquor license on Dearborn Street. 

Approving the Tex-Mex chain is "slapping the local Hispanic flavor in the face," one neighbor said.

The Taco Bell, which has nine years remaining on its 10-year-lease, has got a new landlord.

The taco spot is the latest in a string of businesses readying themselves to open along Sheridan Road.

The Taco Bell Cantina will officially debut in Wicker Park Sept. 22, but it had a soft opening Tuesday.

An opening has not been announced but a menu is visible in the Wicker Park fast food chain's window. 

The grocery chain has applied for a liquor license at its future Downtown store. 

Red Mango is gone, long gone. It's time for a new, late-night era.

Expected to open by late August, the Wicker Park Taco Bell has "freezes," draft beer and wine on tap.

A lawyer for Taco Bell said adding a guard was a "reasonable request" but wants service until 2 a.m.

Taco Bell representatives are meeting with residents at 7 p.m. Wednesday to discuss liquor plans.
