A pending case to evict Winner's West Loop tanning salon was continued at the Daley Center. 

After renting to Winner's tanning salon for 14 years, Van Tomaras is now trying to evict the business. 

An attorney representing Winner said the landlord's complaint is "pure conjecture."

Prosecutors said they've found nine rape victims, but the statute of limitations ran out on some cases.

The former West Loop tanning-salon owner was charged in a fourth rape case Wednesday.

Soleil Tanning's owner Marc Winner has been charged in three rape cases and is being held without bail. 

Winner, 45, is charged in three rape cases, but prosecutors say there may be more victims.

Winner was held without bail after a prosecutor described four rapes Winner allegedly perpetrated.

The city also has a business license discipline case against Marc Winner, now charged in three rapes.

Marc Winner was out on bond Friday when he was arrested in a third rape case.
