Katherine Anne Confections, 2745 W. Armitage Ave., will host a preview party to debut Katherine Anne's truffle, caramel and marshmallow flavors for April.
This open-house style event will go from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., but attendees should plan on about an hour.

- Blackberry Lavender Truffle: semisweet chocolate, market blackberries, lavender.
- Blueberry Truffle: milk chocolate, summer blueberries, maple sugar, coriander, mace.
- Creme Brulee Truffle: white chocolate, caramelized sugar.
- Lemon Poppy Seed Truffle: white chocolate, lemon, poppy seeds.
- Blueberry Lemongrass Truffle: semisweet chocolate, blueberries, lemongrass, ginger.
- Olive Oil Truffle: bittersweet chocolate, peppery olive oil, sea salt.
- Carrot Cake Truffle: white chocolate, cream cheese, carrots, candied walnuts.
- Berry Melange Caramel: honey caramel, strawberries, raspberries.
- Lemongrass Ginger Caramel: classic caramel, lemongrass, ginger.
- Tropical Caramel: macadamia nuts + lime + toasted coconut
- Yogurt + Rose Caramel: yogurt caramel, rose water, rose petals.
- Lavender Lemon Caramel: honey caramel infused with lavender + lemon.
- Lady Grey Marshmallow: pillowy marshmallow infused with earl grey tea and lavender.
