Head over to Around the World Café on Wednesday to meet sausage chef Martin Wallner, former Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck’s Spago restaurant.

He will be hosting a sausage tasting at the cafe from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Martin is a third-generation sausage maker. Born in Austria, Martin learned how to make sausage with his family. Martin’s meats are sold at Around the World Café.
