Cook County Commissioner Edwin Reyes will present a rabies vaccine and microchip clinic from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, at the Institute of Puerto Rican Art and Culture, 3015 W. Division St.

All Cook County dogs, cats and ferrets more than three months old are eligible to receive a rabies vaccine and a microchip.

One-year rabies vaccines will be offered for $7 and a three-year vaccine for $21.

Microchips are $10 for dogs and cats, $9 for ferrets.

The clinic is open to all Cook County residents with a valid ID.
