'God-Des and She' Live at Progress Bar

God-des and She, a hip-hop and soul female singing group, will be performing live at Progress Bar, 3358 N. Halsted St., on Tuesday, Sept. 23. They will also be doing a meet-and-greet afterward.

The group first entered the spotlight after its song "Lick It" went on Showtime TV show "The L Word," a dramedy series about fabulous Hollywood lesbians.

Guest DJ Steal You Girl and resident DJ All The Way will also be at Progress Tuesday night.

Progress will be serving craft cocktail jello shots for $2. Miller Light drafts will be $3.50 and Jim Beam Honey shots and cocktails will be $5.
