Essay Fiesta celebrates its fourth anniversary of presenting first-person, non-fiction storytelling with a special lineup, 7 p.m., Nov. 18, at the Book Cellar, 4736 N. Lincoln Ave.

Keith Ecker, who co-ounded Essay Fiesta and then moved on to co-host the live lit show Guts & Glory, will return to his roots Monday night. Ecker is an instructor with StoryStudio Chicago.

Writer and performer Natasha Tsoutsouris has participated in events including This Much Is True and StoryLab.

Zach Duff will be making his live lit debut. Duff is director of education at 826Chicago, which benefits from donations collected at Essay Fiesta. 826Chicago volunteers help students ages 6 to 18 hone their writing skills.

Shannon Cason is a Moth GrandSLAM winner, contributor to NPR’s Snap Judgment, and hosts his own storytelling podcast called Homemade Stories.

Stephanie Douglass is another Moth GrandSLAM winner and has performed with Paper Machete, Here's the Story, Write Club and other live lit events.
