Ald. Joe Moore (49th) plans to host a "Condo Smarts" workshop at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at the Pottawattomie Park Field House, 7340 N. Rogers Ave.
Moore says the workshop would "help condominium owners negotiate through the myriad of challenges they face in these uncertain economic times."
A panel of experts will answer questions about condominium association policies and procedures, including assessment collection, condo board best practices and budget development.
The panel includes:
