The Illinois Department of Human Services, Illinois State Police and Norwegian American Hospital will host their Annual Car Seat Check from 9 a.m. to noon May 29 in the Norwegian American Hospital Professional Building parking lot, 1044 N. Mozart St.
Participants must attend a 9:30 a.m. class to receive a newborn car seat. No one will not be admitted after the class has started. Participants must schedule an appointment and bring their child and vehicle to the event.
