Here's a way to celebrate the season that has nothing to do with "Jingle Bells" — enjoy some limited release winter beers from Michigan's Greenbush Brewing paired with Bread & Wine's widely lauded cuisine.

The four-course dinner is planned for 7-9:30 p.m. Thursday at Bread & Wine., 3732 W. Irving Park Road.

The evening's menu of food/beer pairings:

• Steak tartare, egg yolk, toast/Jadis Winter White Ale

• White trumpet and leek risotto/Ursus Winter Olde Ale

• Lamb loin, sweet potato, apple/Mammoth Weizenbock

• Goat cheese churro with caramel dipping sauce/Apathy Oatmeal Stout
