Have a voice in the kinds of establishments that put down roots in Albany Park. The November meeting of Albany Park Neighbors will be devoted to a number of new zoning applications. The meeting is at 7 p.m. Nov. 12 at the New Life Community Church, 3542 W. Sunnyside Ave.
On the agenda are proposals for a coffee shop/tavern concept across from the Brown Line Kimball station, a strip mall with high-volume chain store tenants at Lawrence and Central Park avenues, and a bar on Lawrence near Kedzie Avenue.
Albany Park Neighbors serves residents who live within the boundaries of Pulaski, Kedzie, Foster and Montrose.
