CHICAGO — Police are investigating after they said someone started a fire in a Northwest Side seafood restaurant early Thursday.
At 2:44 a.m., someone got into the restaurant in the 6500 block of West Fullerton Avenue through the front door, police said. The person then started a fire by an office area in the Montclare neighborhood restaurant.
A Chicago Fire spokesman said the fire started about 2:30 a.m. and was quickly put out. There were no injuries, and department officials weren't sure what caused the fire.
The fire is being investigated as arson, police said.
