CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded 13 others since Saturday morning, police said.

• At 10:52 a.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old man and 18-year-old man were shot dead in Pilsen.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 5:21 a.m. Sunday, a 21-year-old man was shot in Little Village.

• At 3:42 a.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Humboldt Park.

• At 2:47 a.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 300 block of South Sacramento Boulevard when someone walked up to him and fired shots.

The man was hit in his left shoulder. He took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital and later left the hospital, police said.

The shooting was possibly gang-related, a police source said.

• At 2:32 a.m., a 25-year-old man was shot while sitting in a parked car in Chinatown.

A 32-year-old man was hit in his face, a 25-year-old man was hit in his feet and another 32-year-old man was hit in his buttocks. The three took themselves to Provident Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• At 11:16 p.m. Saturday, two men were shot in Chatham, police said. The victims were standing on the sidewalk in the 7900 block of South Drexel Avenue when four people walked up to them and the group said they were robbing the two men.

The men tried to run away and were shot, police said. A 30-year-old man was hit in his buttocks and was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition. A 29-year-old man was hit in his legs and was in serious condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center.

• At 10:54 p.m., a homeowner shot a man trying to break into his home in Bronzeville, police said.

• At 10:40 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot while standing outside in Little Village.

• At 12:45 p.m., a 32-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was in the 4300 block of West Jackson Boulevard when a bullet grazed his leg.

The man took himself to Loretto Hospital in good condition, police said.

The shooting was possibly gang-related, a police source said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 9:02 a.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was sitting in his car in the 4500 block of West Congress Parkway when he was shot in his face.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No further information was immediately available.

No one was in custody in these shootings unless otherwise noted.
