CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded eight since Tuesday, police said.

• At 10:12 p.m. Tuesday, a 31-year-old man was gunned down as he stood with a group of people in Englewood.

• At 12:15 p.m., a 35-year-old man was shot to death in McKinley Park.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, a 22-year-old man was shot in Auburn Gresham, police said. The man was in the 7600 block of South Eggleston Avenue when he got into an argument with someone he knew.

The other person took out a gun and fired shots, hitting the man in his back. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, a 26-year-old man was shot in Park Manor, police said. The man was in the 400 block of East 75th Street when he got into an argument with someone and the other person took out a gun and fired shots.

The man was hit in his right leg and was taken to Northwestern Hospital. His condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 6:45 p.m., three teens were shot in Humboldt Park. A 14-year-old boy was among those hit, and a 19-year-old victim was critically wounded.

• At 4:51 p.m., a 26-year-old man and a 34-year-old man were shot in Austin, police said. The two were in the 1100 block of North Lavergne Avenue when they heard shots and felt pain. They didn't see a gunman, police said.

The 26-year-old was hit in his back and the 34-year-old was hit in his buttocks. They took themselves to West Suburban Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• At 4:25 p.m., a 43-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was in the 7100 block of South Ellis Avenue when someone in a car pulled up and fired shots.

The man was hit in his left side and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center. His condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
