West Humboldt Park Shooting Wounds Woman Standing Outside

CHICAGO — A shooting in West Humboldt Park left a 46-year-old woman wounded Wednesday night, police said.

At 10:50 p.m., the woman was standing outside with her boyfriend in the 1000 block of North Lawndale Avenue when someone got out of a car and fired shots, police said.

The woman was hit in her abdomen and wrist and was taken to Stroger Hosptial in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
