Tony Goodrich, 44, Shot Dead In West Pullman

CHICAGO — A 44-year-old man was shot to death in West Pullman on Tuesday night, police said.

At 8:16 p.m., the man was in the 12300 block of South Emerald Avenue when someone walked up to him and fired shots, police said.

The man was hit in his head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Tony Goodrich, of the same block where he was shot, was pronounced dead at 8:32 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

The gunman ran off and no one was in custody.
