CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was gunned down in Washington Heights on Tuesday night, police said.
At 9:38 p.m., the man was sitting on a back porch, smoking, in the 9700 block of South Green Street when someone fired shots at him, police said.
The man was hit multiple times his shoulder, leg and hip, police said.
Issac Harper, of the same block where he was shot, was pronounced dead at 9:53 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
