CHICAGO — A man was found fatally shot on the far South Side on Sunday evening.
The man was found with a gunshot wound in his chest in the driver's side of a car in the 800 block of West 102nd Street at 8:40 p.m. Sunday, police said. He was taken to Christ Hospital in critical condition.
Jeremy Alexander Tang, 20, of the 1700 block of West 95th Street, was pronounced dead at 9:53 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. An autopsy showed he died from a gunshot wounds in his chest in a homicide.
No one was in custody.
No further information was immediately available.
In all, four people have been fatally shot and another 33 wounded since the start of Labor Day weekend.
