CHICAGO — A 14-year-old boy was shot while walking in Pilsen with his friends Friday night, police said.
Police said the boy had no gang affiliations.
The incident occurred in the 900 block of West Cullerton Street. The boy was walking with two friends when someone in a red sedan shot at them.
The boy was grazed in his chest and shot in his left knee. He was taken to Stroger Hospital where police say he is "stable."
No one is in custody.
