CHICAGO — A shooting in West Humboldt Park left a 36-year-old man wounded early Thursday, police said.

At 5:15 a.m., the man was sitting in his car in the 3900 block of West Grand Avenue when a car pulled up alongside him and someone in the car fired shots at the man, police said.

The man was hit in his upper left arm and the left side of his lower back. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No one was in custody.
