CHICAGO — A 28-year-old man was stabbed and critically wounded during a fight in Austin on Monday night, police said.
At 10:30 p.m., the man was in the 100 block of North Central Avenue when he got into a fight with a 34-year-old man, police said. The older man took out a knife and stabbed the 28-year-old in his chest.
The younger man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.
The attacker ran away, and no one is in custody, police said.
The incident was "domestic-related," police said.
