This Man Sought By Police In Stabbing Death at 95th St. 'L' Stop

CHICAGO — Police on Wednesday released surveillance photos of someone believed to have fatally stabbed a man at the turnstiles of the 95th Street CTA Red Line Station earlier this month.

The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on July 9 when the victim, Corvel Brown, got into an argument and was stabbed in front of the turnstile at the station's entrance.

Brown, of the 300 block of West 95th Street, was stabbed in his stomach and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he died.

The surveillance photos released by police show the suspect walking near the station's Ventra machines.

He is described as a black man, five-foot-eight to five-foot-10 and 140 to 155 pounds. He has a medium complexion and short dreadlocks.

He was wearing black T-shirt and black and white shorts.
