Jermaine Robinson, 26, And Stanley Mack, 31, Killed In Woodlawn Shooting

CHICAGO — A shooting in Woodlawn left two men dead on Monday afternoon, police said.

At 2:50 p.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired found one of the men in front of a home in the 6300 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue, police said. The man had been shot in his head and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other man was found in the rear gangway of the home. He had been shot in his back and arm and was also pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Stanley Jacoby Mack, 31, of the 5200 block of West Crystal Street, was pronounced dead at 2:35 p.m., and Jermaine Robinson, 26, of the 7100 block of South Merill Street, was pronounced dead at 2:20 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

Autopsies showed the men died from multiple gunshot wounds in homicides.

No one was in custody.
