CHICAGO — A man was shot dead in North Lawndale on Wednesday, police said.
At 12:52 p.m., the man was in the 3100 block of West Fillmore Street when he was shot in his head, police said. The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition and was pronounced dead.
The man was identified as Robert Warren, 25, of suburban Cicero, in Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records. Warren was pronounced dead at 1:01 p.m.
No one was in custody.
