CHICAGO — Shootings have killed five people and wounded 10 since Monday, police said.

• At 10:30 p.m. Monday, a 15-year-old boy was shot and killed in West Lawn.

• At 10:15 p.m., a 38-year-old man was shot to death in Garfield Park.

• At 8:15 p.m., a man in his 20s was fatally shot in Auburn Gresham. Another man, 39, was wounded.

• At 2:20 p.m., a 20-year-old man was gunned down in North Lawndale. Two teens were wounded in the shooting.

• At 9:13 a.m., a man was found shot to death in Grand Crossing.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, a 32-year-old man was shot in Rogers Park.

• At 12:45 a.m., a 37-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was standing inside his home in the first block of East 113th Street when a shot went through his front door and hit him.

The man was shot in his right shoulder and he took himself to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.

• At 10:30 p.m. Monday, a 23-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was standing in a vacant lot in the 4500 block of West Jackson Boulevard when someone walked up to him and fired shots.

The man was hit in his right hand and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

• At 8:54 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Englewood, police said. The man was in the 6600 block of South Union Avenue when he was hit in his groin.

The man was taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 7:45 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The woman was walking in the 4700 block of West Polk Street when a dark-colored car pulled up and someone inside fired shots at the woman.

The woman was hit in her left leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

• At 4:40 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in Back of the Yards, police said. The man was walking in the 4400 block of South Wood Street when someone walked up, took out a gun and fired shots at the man.

The man was hit in his back and leg. He took himself to Stroger Hospital, where he was in critical condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 8:52 a.m., an 18-year-old man was shot near the border of Dunning and Belmont Cragin.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
