Emon O'Neal, 21, Killed In Grand Crossing Shooting

CHICAGO — A man was found shot to death in Grand Crossing on Monday morning, police said.

At 9:13 a.m., the man was found in an alley in the 6800 block of South Wabash Avenue, police said.

The man had been shot in his head and was pronounced dead, police said.

The man was identified as Emon O'Neal, 21, of the 3600 block of South Ellis Avenue, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. O'Neal was pronounced dead at 9:21 a.m. and an autopsy showed he died from multiple gunshot wounds in a homicide.

No one was in custody.
