RANCH TRIANGLE — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is moving its Lincoln Park flagship office into the former Thomasville Furniture site at 1910 N. Clybourn Ave.

Coldwell Banker took out building permits earlier this month to make $356,000 in renovations to the new office, as well as add signs outside.

It will create a 10,500-square-foot office with state-of-the-art facilities for presenting properties on site. The building will also have 47 free parking spaces in a lot outside.

According to Coldwell Banker spokesman David Wolf, it will be the new Lincoln Park flagship for the real estate agency. Some 230 sales associates will be moving over from their current office at 1840 N. Clark St. when the office is ready, expected to be in mid-July.
