CHICAGO — Rayshon Price, 16, was killed Thursday night in an apparent drive-by at the Dearborn Homes in Bronzeville, officials said.
The incident occurred in the 2700 block of South State Street at 8:26 p.m.
A vehicle pulled up and people inside fired at the boy, who tried to run away. But the boy was shot in his head and pronounced dead at the scene.
Price, of the same block where he was killed, was pronounced dead at 8:51 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one is in custody.
