CHICAGO — A traveling three-woman cabaret will stage a benefit concert at the Copernicus Center, 5216 W Lawrence Ave., on Friday to fight homelessness and support the Jefferson Park Chamber of Commerce, organizers announced.

The Acts of Kindness Cabaret, featuring three singers accompanied by a pianist, has staged dozens of events collectively raising more than $250,000 for Chicago-area non-profit groups. Friday's show, titled "A Little Help from My Friends," will feature songs from The Beatles, Steven Sondheim, Harold Arlen and more, according to the event description.

Ticket sales will fund the day-to-day operations of the neighborhood chamber, and an on-site raffle will raise money for Hands to Help Ministries to bring its homeless support services to Jefferson Park, according to organizers.

Tickets can be bought online for $25 each. The show kicks off at 7:30 p.m.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event will have a cash bar.
