KENWOOD — Ald. Sophia King is hosting the annual 4th Ward Job Fair on May 12.
Employers will visit the 4th Ward to accept resumes and talk to potential job applicants from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Mid-South American Job Center at the King Center, 4314 S. Cottage Grove Ave.
People are encouraged to put on their best business attire and bring their resumes.
There will employment workshops before the job fair on May 10, with sessions starting at 9 a.m. and continuing as late as 4:30 p.m.
Some attendees of the morning workshops might qualify for free business attire to help in their job hunt.
