CHICAGO — A 16-year-old boy and 37-year-old man were shot in Little Village early Thursday, police said.

At 1:23 a.m., the two were standing outside in the 2500 block of South Albany Avenue when a car drove up and someone inside fired shots, police said.

The teen was hit in his arm, hip, buttocks and shoulder and the man was hit in his arms and chest. They were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

The teen was a documented gang member, a police source said.

No one was in custody.
