CHICAGO — One man was killed and another wounded in separate shootings Sunday night in Humboldt Park, police said.
• At 7:35 p.m., a 19-year-old man was in the 3000 block of West Grand Avenue when he was shot in his chest, police said.
The man took himself to St. Mary Hospital, police said. His condition was unknown.
No further information was immediately available.
• At 7:15 p.m., a 19-year-old man was a passenger in a car in the 800 block of North Sacramento Boulevard when someone in another car fired shots, police said.
The man was hit in his chest and was driven to St. Mary Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The man was identified as Isaiah Erasmo Sanchez, of the 4900 block of West Wrightwood, by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. Sanchez was pronounced dead at 8:33 p.m.
No one was in custody in these shootings.
