CHICAGO — Santwon Mobley, 22, was shot to death in Englewood on Sunday night, officials said.
At 7 p.m., the man was getting out of a car in the 200 block of West 61st Place when a white SUV drove up and someone inside fired shots at him, police said.
The man was hit in his head and hip and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Mobley, of the same block where he was killed, was pronounced dead at 7:59 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
