CHICAGO — Shootings have killed one person and wounded 16 since Saturday, police said.

• At 6:31 p.m. Saturday, a 26-year-old man was shot and killed in South Shore.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 3:42 a.m. Sunday, a 19-year-old man was shot in Auburn Gresham, police said. The man was driving in the 8200 block of South Damen Avenue when someone in a black SUV fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his face and left leg and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 3:06 a.m., a 22-year-old man was shot in Auburn Gresham, police said. The man was a passenger in a car driving in the 7900 block of South Damen Avenue when someone walked up and fired shots.

The man was hit in his left shoulder and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 12:51 a.m., a 36-year-old man was shot in West Pullman, police said. The man was arguing with a man in a parking lot in the 11900 block of South Loomis Street when the other man took out a gun and fired shots.

The victim was hit in his left leg and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 12:06 a.m., a 28-year-old woman was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The woman was standing on a sidewalk in the 1400 block of East 69th Place when someone in a dark-colored car fired shots.

The woman was hit in her chest and taken to University of Chicago Medical Center. She was transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where her condition was not available but she was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 8:46 p.m. Saturday, a 51-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was delivering food in the 800 block of North Waller Avenue when two people walked up to his car and fired shots.

The man was hit in his shoulder and upper back and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 6:49 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in West Englewood, police said. The man was in the 1700 block of West 57th Street when a dark-colored Chevrolet Malibu pulled up and someone inside fired shots at the man.

The man was hit in his foot and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.

Officers found the car used in the shooting in the 5600 block of South Seeley Avenue.

• At 6:25 p.m., a 30-year-old man was shot near the border of Bronzeville and Washington Park, police said. The man was driving in the 200 block of East 51st Street when a car pulled up alongside him and people inside the car fired shots at the man.

The man was hit multiple times in his leg and pelvis and he took himself to Provident Hospital, police said. The man was transferred to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 6:16 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in Auburn Gresham, police said. The man was in the 8000 block of South Halsted Street when he was shot in his right hand.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition, police said.

The man was uncooperative with officers, police said.

• At 5:57 p.mm., a 34-year-old woman and 25-year-old man were shot in Washington Park, police said. The two were walking in the 5800 block of South Calumet Avenue when a white car pulled up and someone got out of the car and fired shots.

The man was hit in his chest and he took himself to the University of Chicago Medical Center in serious condition, police said. The woman was hit in her thigh and she was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

• At 4:24 p.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Humboldt Park, police said. The man was in the 500 block of North Springfield Avenue when someone in a black car fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his back and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

• At 2:45 p.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking in the 4700 block of West Erie when he heard shots and realized he'd been hit.

The man was hit in his head and taken to West Suburban Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 2:15 p.m., a 51-year-old woman was shot in Hermosa, police said. The woman was in the 4200 block of West Fullerton Avenue when she heard shots and realized she'd been hit.

The woman was hit in her groin and taken to St. Mary Hospital, where her condition was not available but she was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 11:56 a.m., a 46-year-old man and 34-year-old man were shot near the border of Grand Crossing and Chatham, police said. The two were in the 800 block of East 79th Street when a dark-colored car pulled up and someone got out and fired shots.

The 46-year-old man was hit in his head and taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition, police said. The 34-year-old man was hit in his thigh and taken to Northwestern Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 6:22 a.m., a 28-year-old man was wounded in a shooting in Hermosa, police said. The man was driving in the 1600 block of North Keeler Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man's head was grazed by a bullet and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

The man was not cooperating with investigators, police said.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
