Bridgeport Head-on Crash Injures 2 Men, Officials Say

CHICAGO — Two people were injured when their cars crashed head-on in Bridgeport late Sunday, officials said.

At 11:57 p.m., a 27-year-old man was driving in the 2800 block of South Archer Avenue when his car hit another man's car, police said. One of the drivers was pinned in by the crash, said Chicago Fire spokesman Larry Langford.

The 27-year-old man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," and the other driver was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition. No other injuries were reported.

Chicago Police were investigating the crash.
