DOWNTOWN — It's been a gloomy, rainy week (and month), but things could turn around this weekend.
Temperatures should be slightly warmer than normal mid-50s Chicago gets this time of year, said AccuWeather meteorologist Paul Walker. The city's expected to see a high of 56 degrees on Saturday and a high of 58 degrees Sunday.
And most of the weekend should be dry, though it'll be partly cloudy on Saturday and mostly cloudy Sunday, Walker said. A "little rain" is expected on Sunday afternoon into the evening.
The city faced storms and flooding earlier this week.
