Cellphones, Cash Stolen in Chicago Lawn Robberies, Police Say

CHICAGO — Police are looking for two men behind a series of robberies in Chicago Lawn.

In each instance, authorities said, one or more robbers approached people and stole their cellphones and cash.

The attacks happened about 7:45 p.m. March 5 in the 6200 block of South Albany Avenue, about 12:45 p.m. March 9 in the 6100 block of South Whipple Street and about11:30 p.m. March 12 in the 6100 block of South Whipple Street, police said in a community alert Tuesday.
