JEFFERSON PARK — A suburban man was charged with drunk driving after he crashed into a parked car in Jefferson Park early Monday Morning, police said.

Around 12:07 a.m., 24-year-old Brandon Kyle Kotz allegedly crashed his car in the 5000 block of North Long Avenue, causing the car to flip upside down, according to police.

Kotz, of suburban Hoffman Estates, was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was treated for non life-threatening injuries, police said. No one else was reported injured.

Kotz was later charged with three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, and he was cited for negligent driving and driving without insurance, police said.
